MEET THE PROS

Heartland Contracting LLC has over 50 years of combined residential construction experience and a very good reputation for superior product quality. Father and manager, Steve Loftus, got his start in the early 90’s in grading and landscape installation. Later he moved to lumber sales which led him into residential renovation and home building.

Son and Manager, Matt Loftus, grew up working Summers for builders and running interior trim, which led him to pursue a Bachelors Degree in Construction Science. Upon graduating he worked his way through the ranks to area manager for a medium size Atlanta home builder.
